Nhan Con Ngong Bay - Kitchen Kravings

After much anticipation we are trying Sriracha to see what all the fuss is about.

Ingredients : Chilli 70%, sugar, salt, water, acidity regulator, citric acid, flavour enhancer, stabilizer, preservative.

This is a tasty unique sauce with a slightly fermented soy like taste. Naively I thought this was going to be a "one sauce for all foods" sauce. Personally I think the flavour of this sauce lends itself better to asian cuisine rather than pizza and other fast food. With this being the hot version, it had a respectable but not blazing heat.

I am now eager to try the Rooster version of Sriracha to see how it differs and if I can appreciate the following this sauce has.
