500 grams of red meat

10 pcs lavash bread
1 tablespoon of olive oil
1 cup of dried plum
1 cup of dried apricot

9. Mahmood Reis mit Fadennudeln
Da ich sehr oft gefragt werde, wie ich den Reis mache, hier das Rezept dazu. ☺☺
Zutaten:
2 Tassen Mahmood Reis (bekommt ihr im arabischen/türkischen Läden oder online bei nergis.de)
Oder Langkornreis (Parboiled- Lidl)
1/2 Tasse Fadennudeln
1 -1½ Tl Salz oder Brühe
1 El Margarine
Ca 50ml Sonnenblumenöl
4 Tassen Wasser
Zubereitung:
Reis im lauwarmes Wasser für ca. 30min. einweichen lassen und dann mehrmals (ca. 3-4x )Waschen, bis das Wasser klar wird. Abtropfen lassen.
Fadennudeln mit der Margarine und das Öl goldbraun anbraten. Wenn die Nudeln braun werden, kommt der Reis dazu. Alles nochmal kurz anbraten. Dann kommt Salz/Brühe und.das Wasser dazu. Zum kochen bringen. Und wenn es richtig kocht, den Herd auf niedrigste Stufe runter schalten und ca. 15 min bedeckt köcheln lassen. (Ich schalte den Herd von Stufe 9 auf Stufe 2.)
Tipp: Für jede Tasse Reis, benötigt ihr 2Tassen Wasser und 1/2Tasse Fadennudeln. Ich könnt die Fadennudeln auch wegglassen umd direkt mit dem anbraten des Reises beginnen und wie im Video fortfahren.
